We are pleased to report that CR&DALL core member, Dr Lesley Doyle together with Dr Gareth Mulvey (School of Political and Social Sciences at University of Glasgow) have been awarded ESRC Impact Acceleration Account funding to extend the dissemination and impact of the findings from the GCRF ESRC project: Building Futures: Aspirations of Syrian Youth Refugees and Host Population Responses in Lebanon, Greece and the UK.
The IAA project is on: Finding Common Ground: Policy Implications of new evidence about Syrian refugees and citizens in the UK, Lebanon and Greece.
Specifically, the purpose of the project is to:
- Engage further with existing partners and develop new partnerships with key contacts identified in the three countries as a result of the ESRC project
- Increase the reach of the ESRC project findings and the derived policy recommendations for improving the lives of refugees and those in the home populations living alongside them.
- Communicate our findings more effectively with beneficiaries directly impacted by the ESRC project, together with non-academic audiences
