Cathy Fagan was recently a speaker at the European and Central Asia regional meeting of Child and Youth Finance International held in and hosted by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.  She was asked to speak on a panel that was chaired by Chris Sier, Director of the Financial Services Knowledge Transfer Network.   The full programme of the conference is found here.
